technical support for all Speedy Solutions products. In most cases, free
technical support is available for the current version of a product and
its previous version. Free technical support may not be available in
cases of conflict between the Policy and the License Agreement or
national laws. Please write us for a list of supported products. Free
technical support is only provided to registered users.
Speedy Solutions
makes every effort to answer your questions by e-mail within 24 hours,
Monday to Friday. You can also ask your questions by phone. Our hotline
is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST via voicemail. Technical support for developers' products is only
available by e-mail. Please note that many issues can be solved by
consulting the the Help file or the the below sites. If support is required
by virtual assistance please refer to the help contact information
in the software on how to contact Speedy Solutions or inquire about
